Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if DbTree does not meet your expectations. This applies to both Pro monthly subscriptions and Lifetime licenses.

Refund Process

To request a refund, send an email to contact.dbtree@gmail.com with your purchase details (order number, email used for purchase). Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available after 14 days from the purchase date. If you have already received a refund for a previous purchase, additional refund requests may be declined.
